There are so many options when it comes to physicians, home care agencies and/or senior living communities. We will identify and coordinate the best resources available for your loved one. Once a home care plan is implemented, we will supervise the care being provided in the home to ensure that all needs are met.
Client Advocacy
We provide a professional presence and advocate during all physician appointments ensuring that you will be informed in order to be able to make appropriate healthcare decisions. We will monitor and support your parent to follow their medical treatment plan and make certain they are taking their medications as prescribed.
Liaison to Families at a Distance
Being separated from a loved one who needs help is a difficult burden. We can be your trained set of eyes and ears to make certain your parent receives the best in-home and medical care available.
Crisis Management
